Prep Membership
Our Memberships are for dedicated athletes who understand the total amount of work needed every month to reach your goal. Our Prep membership includes unlimited access to 40 hours of training per month, including speed, skills, strength, competitive, and recovery sessions.
8 Session Punch Pass
Our Punch Pass System is for Athletes Who Can't Commit to the Prep Membership. Punch Passes allow you to train whenever your schedule allows in any group training session. This includes position-specific training, speed training, skills training, weight training, recovery sessions, and competitive sessions.
Private Training
Private training is our most personalized training option at the KNGDM. Private training sessions include personalized programming for position-specific, speed, strength, recovery, or anything an athlete needs. We offer private training by the session or in packages of 5 that save you $250.
